  • Hello @shadowgarden,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Could you please confirm if you are using any malware scanner on your site as our premium plugin code is obfuscated and some servers or plugins can mistakenly flag our plugin’s files as malware.

They might also delete files automatically when detected with malware which will cause the above issue while activating the plugin.

The?obfuscation of the plugin is to?prevent?copyright infringement and to?prevent?reverse?engineering?of our plugin. The files do not contain viruses and are 100% safe.?

If you are using a malware scanner then please whitelist the plugin from your server or the security plugin.

Once done please upload the?plugin again and let me know if that works for you. If you encounter any further challenges or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Hi,

First of all sorry for the delay.

It is fixed now. I came to know about obfuscation code – malware plugin issue from your email support. I contacted them at the same time when I wrote here. It is the same which you mentioned.

    Marking this as resolved now.

    Thanks again, Regards
