Fatal error when installing plugin?

    Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I will look at this tonight and get back to you. Off the top of my head it sounds like a plugin conflict.

    Have you tried disabling any plugins, especially the old Q and A, if you have that, and then activating it?

    That worked! I had the older “Q & A Plus FAQ and Knowledge Base by Raygun” plug-in activated; once I deactivated that one and then tried activating this plug-in, it installed flawlessly and even saved all my previously created FAQs and much of my CSS. Thanks!
