fatal error when adding a new administrator

    Hello

    though the admin account was created

    WP 5.5.1, latest RUA

  • i get this same error when trying to add any level to an individual user on wp-admin/user-edit.php After I refresh, the level has been added and the critical error goes away.

    I can delete levels with no error.

    all plugins deactivated. basic astra theme. php 7.3. Gridpane hosting with digital ocean.
