Hi, I just installed the broadcast plugin. But I get a fatal error when I activate the plugin:
“Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘threewp_broadcast\Exception’ not found”

I’m using a clean install of WordPress 5.9.3 on PHP v7.4.

Is your install a network install or a single install?

Broadcast requires a network install to work.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I’ve tried activating the plugin on 2 different servers:
    – localhost (local server, Windows, IIS)
    – a test server (an online webserver, Linux, Apache)
Both environments produced the same error.

The plugin was initially installed using the WordPress plugin installer. I’ve also tried downloading the plugin and installing it manually. I still got the error.

    Have you created a network?

Nope, I was under the (incorrect) assumption that I could use broadcast between 2 different websites: https://www.domain1.com and https://www.domain2.com. Both hosted at different hosting providers.

The WordPress multisite option only seems to work with subdirectories and subdomains, which is not relevant in my situation.

So thanks for your replies, but it seems that the plugin does not suit my needs then…
