When updating the leadin plugin I receive the error

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Parser in \wp-content\plugins\leadin\admin\inc\sources\Snowplow\RefererParser\Parser.php on line 7

when trying to activate. Also it seems like the contacts where not storing before the update either. I have had multiple form inquiries but no contact have been stored.

the domain that I am troubleshooting at this time is https://www.smartstartinc.com

  • Sorry about the issue and thanks for sharing the error. I know why the PHP error is being thrown and will included a fix in the next release of LeadIn, which should be out by the end of the week.

I’ll help you debug why the contacts aren’t storing once we get the plugin up and running correctly on your site. Thanks for your patience and we’ll get these problems fixed as soon as possible.

We just discovered why the contacts aren’t showing up in the contact list and will be launching a fix for that bug as well later today. Thanks for the heads up!

Both of these issues should be fixed in LeadIn 1.2.0 and you should be able to resolve them both by upgrading to the latest version.

I have my fingers crossed the upgrade will solve the activation problems, and please email if you run into any snags – [email protected]

Hey Andy, the updates fixed the activation error so thank you! but my contacts still aren’t being added to the list. My clients server doesn’t allow external email addresses to be hit so I feel like that might be part of the issue. Is there anyway you could check it out and make sure it isn’t anything with the plugin?? https://www.smartstartinc.com
