    Hello,

    I’ve encountered a critical issue with the Google Listings and Ads plugin on a site running PHP 8.2, WP 6.4, latest Jetpack. The site experiences a fatal error that mentions Jetpack in the stack trace. Below is the stack trace for reference:

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘/srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/jetpack-backup/jetpack_vendor/automattic/jetpack-config/src/class-config.php’ (include_path=’/:.’) in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/jetpack-backup/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-php-autoloader.php:90 Stack trace: #0 [internal function]: Automattic\Jetpack\Autoloader\jp9559eef123208b7d1b9c15b978567267_backup?2_4\al3_0_2\PHP_Autoloader::load_class(‘Automattic\\Jetp…’) #1 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/vendor/league/container/src/Definition/Definition.php(211): class_exists(‘Automattic\\Jetp…’) #2 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/vendor/league/container/src/Definition/DefinitionAggregate.php(94): Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Vendor\League\Container\Definition\Definition->resolve(false) #3 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/vendor/league/container/src/Container.php(157): Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Vendor\League\Container\Definition\DefinitionAggregate->resolve(‘Automattic\\Jetp…’, false) #4 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/vendor/league/container/src/Container.php(178): Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Vendor\League\Container\Container->get(‘Automattic\\Jetp…’, false) #5 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/src/Container.php(90): Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Vendor\League\Container\Container->get(‘Automattic\\Jetp…’) #6 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/google-listings-and-ads.php(109): Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Container->get(‘Automattic\\Jetp…’) #7 /wordpress/core/6.4.3/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): {closure}(”) #8 /wordpress/core/6.4.3/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #9 /wordpress/core/6.4.3/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #10 /wordpress/core/6.4.3/wp-settings.php(506): do_action(‘plugins_loaded’) #11 /srv/htdocs/wp-config.php(86): require_once(‘/wordpress/core…’) #12 /wordpress/core/6.4.3/wp-load.php(55): require_once(‘/srv/htdocs/wp-…’) #13 /wordpress/core/6.4.3/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php(22): require_once(‘/wordpress/core…’) #14 {main} thrown in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/jetpack-backup/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-php-autoloader.php on line 90

    The error occurred while accessing admin-ajax.php. Any guidance on resolving this compatibility issue would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hey there, @freshysites! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

    Do you know if the issue started happening right after you updated something?

    Can you please deactivate Jetpack and check if the issue still happens, just to confirm?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
