We recently updated a customer’s plugin from before you acquired the plugin at your company.

We’re seeing fatal PHP errors on the dashboard, and the settings page of the plugin doesn’t load at all, just a critical error.

It *seems* like there might be something going on with the font setup? Here’s what I’m seeing when trying to d/l a PDF from an order:

TCPDF ERROR:?Could not include font definition file: helvetica

And the logs are showing this:
04-Aug-2023 16:55:47 UTC] PHP Fatal error: ?Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wwpdf_make_dir() in /chroot/home/a1439579/graphitepublishing.com/html/wp-content/plugins/waterwoo-pdf-premium/includes/wwpdf-settings-main.php:89

Thank you for getting in touch with this good info. Due to www.remarpro.com policy, paid/premium plugins cannot be supported here, so you’ll need to get in touch via https://web.little-package.com/contact-support. We will need the information provided but the form on that page to continue. Thanks again!

(FWIW this plugin has been maintained by the same developer for nearly ten years; we just changed our business name is all. Oh and WP/WooCommerce forced us to change the plugin name, too. ???♀?)
