    Hi @justsmilepeople

    Sorry about the inconvenience.

This bug was recently discovered and it needs to be investigated by our developers first so they could provide a fix. I’m sorry we don’t have an ETA on the release?yet, since further research on this needs to be done first.

But I can confirm that it is an “active bug” – meaning it’s reported and under investigation so it will be fixed as soon as?possible.

At this moment you should be able to avoid the error by switching the WP language to a different one from ru_RU.

Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding on this matter. Let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.

    Kind regards

    Luis

    Good day. Support team

Kindly let know, do you mean that mentioned issue above is resolved in current version?

    Hi @justsmilepeople

The issue is not fixed yet in recent release. It’s still “on the table” but it is a confirmed bug and it’s confirmed to be fixed in one of upcoming releases.

However, I understand how we could create confusion here by marking this topic as resolved with a miscommunication on our end. I apologize for that, unfortunately I have no option to undo that as we are not moderators.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
