    I’ve been getting this error for about two weeks now. The shop was set up a couple of months ago, and everything was working fine. Now, suddenly this error started. According to the Plugins page, WooCommerce is activated, but whenever I click on “Orders”, “Products”, or the “Update WooCommerce Database” button, it gives me the following”

    I’m sorry you’re seeing this error. This is typically related to a bogged down action scheduler, but I see you currently have 0 pending scheduled actions, so it seems to be slightly different.

    Can you send us a screenshot of what occurs when you try accessing this page?: https://havenwoodhouse.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php

    You might also try conflict testing to see if a plugin is making the process go too slow to update.

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to the Storefront or TwentySeventeen theme.
    2. Try to reproduce the problem: If the problem is resolved, it is a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next step.
    3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
    4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it is a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
    5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict

    Hey Joey, thank you for the quick reply!

    I switched to the TwentySeventeen theme, and I deactivated all the plugins except for WooCommerce, but sadly the problem didn’t change.

    Any update on this?

    Actually, I just logged into the Admin area and installed the new update. After updating, I went to update the database, it worked. Then I enabled some of the WooCommerce extension plugins that were crashing, one at a time, they worked too. Seems like the new update included the fix, thank you!
