Fatal error: Uncaught exception

    Hello. I was using this plug-in for my contact form for a while, and after update of wordpress and plugin it stopped working. When I complete the form and click send it says me this:

    I’ve tried and opened the class-phpmailer.php , but as I am not a php expert I didn’t know what to do. Can somebody explain me what could be the problem and how can I fix it? Thank you

    Also I saw that there is another threat with the same problem, but no one explained how to solve the problem ??

    Hello Dynu,

    There are a few things I’d check here:

    1. Make sure your running the latest version of WordPress, there are problems with 4.6 on some hosts, related to a problem in WordPress.

    2. Make sure your running php 5.4 or better

    3. Check for conflicts with your theme and other plugins

    4. Make sure you have completed the setup (reply to emails, etc)
