    Hi,

This is most likely happening because you are using a very old version of Neve 3.1.4 , while the latest version is 3.8.3.

You can first create a backup of your site, and after that try to update.

    Regards,

    Rodica

    Hi,

I’m sorry to hear that. You can check your email address ( used for the admin account on your site ), where you probably have an email from which you will be able to restore your site.

Otherwise, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to help you access your site again.

    Thank you!
