  • The problem is coming from the WP Security Audit Log plugin you have installed on your site.

If you’re able to login to the admin dashboard, just disable it and let’s see what happens.

If you don’t have access to the admin dashboard, access your website files (via FTP or your web-based hosting control panel) and delete or rename the wp-security-audit-log folder which is inside /public_html/wp-content/plugins/

This should disable the plugin and allow you to log in.

This is so embarrassing bro. It solved my problem. Earlier there was an error with filesfm-file-upload-form and I deleted that folder but did not touch security audit folder, as it had the word security and audit and log.

Hahaha, you have a great day ahead bro. Thanks for giving your valuable time.
