    I am building a webshop and I am using cartflows as my flow plug in.
    I changed a couple of things and now there is an error showing that is directed at the cartflows plug in.

    This is the complete error that appears.

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_control_step() on null in /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/cartflows/modules/checkout/classes/class-cartflows-checkout-markup.php:458 Stack trace: #0 /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): Cartflows_Checkout_Markup->preconfigured_cart_data(Object(WP)) #1 /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/wp-includes/plugin.php(551): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/wp-includes/class-wp.php(758): do_action_ref_array('wp', Array) #4 /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/wp-includes/functions.php(1291): WP->main('') #5 /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/wp-blog-header.php(16): wp() #6 /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/index.php(17): require('/customers/b/f/...') #7 {main} thrown in /customers/b/f/8/artytail.nl/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/cartflows/modules/checkout/classes/class-cartflows-checkout-markup.php on line 458

    I am a little bit stuck now and I do not know what to do, I hope someone knows how to resolve this issue.

    If not, is there maybe someone who knows how to get rid of all data and reset the cartflows plug in? That way I start off with a blank plug in with no data, I will just do it all over again. That is also an option. I was looking on how to fix this with an FTP client but when I delete the directeries of cartflows the data is still showing.

    Have a great day!

    Greetings,
    David

    Hello @davidschmieman

    I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please let me know where exactly you are getting errors? I mean in the frontend of the website or in the backend of the website.

    On the same note, are both plugins CartFlows & CartFlows Pro are updated to their latest version if yes and still the issue is there then can you please open a new technical support ticket from our website so that one of our developers will help you with more information.

    I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi, sorry for the super late response, I had surgery on my foot and was not able to respond beforehand. The issue is fixed in the meantime. Thank you for your time.
