    Clearly missing something because for the 2nd time I’ve received the same error and i DO NOT want to have to re-do all of my work AGAIN. So, how do I fix this:

    Hi @sparkhelp , I believe you are facing this issue with the LMS Addon which is a Pro addon.

    In this case, please reach us in support directly. On your email, let us know exactly when you got this error, i.e., what actions were taken when this error appeared. That will help us try and re-create the situation.

    Yes, I’m a new PRO user, but I’m not a happy one! This really put a damper on my experience. I did send a request to support as well. They replied yesterday with no fix. Still waiting.

    in the meantime, I’m looking at another option and canceling WPfunnels.

    Actually, by the time you reached us, it was already the end of the working hours and we headed into the weekend. Our support agent should have informed you while leaving. So I apologize on her behalf.

    Normally, we are well-known for high-quality support.

    This seems like a minor bug which we can fix in the next update.
