I am using the updated free version of Import Eventbrite Events. I have inserted the oAuth from Eventbrite into the plugin. When trying to import an event, I get the following message –

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home3/–redacted–/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 354

We used this plugin earlier this year without any issues, but this is the first attempt to import an event in almost 6 months. Any help would be appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jbutler97,

Time out error occurs when you are trying to import too many events which your server can’t handle. Make sure you have small event to import, you can also increase server execution time with help your hosting provider.

Try it out once again it can work if few events has already been imported.

I was importing one event at a time and I did try to increase the server execution time. The import is still failing. Any more suggestions? Thanks!

    Hello @jbutler97,

Can you please try to import any other event to make sure that issue is not with that specifc event?

You can also create demo on our server and test it here.

    Thanks
