It was a fatal error that completely killed our site. We cannot reproduce it without killing it again. We cannot convey how much we regret using your plugin for our site. This should be a warning to others, your plugin sucks , your support sucks and we are stuck in limbo as our only choice now is to replace all site images manually after deleting your horrid plugin.

It was a conflict with WP theme, we updated the theme and plugin and no more errors.

It was DIVI by Elegant Themes.

Ah yes, Divi had compatibility code for WP Offload Media that needed updating, and they released a fix with version 4.14.9 (updated 2022-03-10).
