Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required

I have my website [ redundant link removed ] hosted. I tried updating the wordpress and since then the website is not running and showing one blank white page. I asked the server people and they said it has got one error

What has gone wrong? How can I fix this? Any insight will be really helpfull for me .-
