• I got this:

Invalid request, please go back and try again.
    Error Code: invalid_request
Error Message: The URL stored by the Jetpack servers does not match your site. Please try disabling the Jetpack plugin, re-enable it, then connect again.

I don’t use jetpack at all. They are way too heavy.

  • Hi @boionfire81,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand that you’re encountering an issue with an invalid request error that references Jetpack, even though you’re not using this plugin.

Are you able to confirm if you connected your site to WordPress.com as suggested here?

No. Once activated it says connect and immediately after clicking connect is says that error.

    Hi @boionfire81,

Thanks for confirming this for us.

Do you already have an account with WordPress.com under the same email you’re using with your WooCommerce.com account? If not, I’d recommend creating one and making sure It’s logged in when clicking the link to confirm the connection.

Let us know if you have any further questions.
