    Hello,
I transferred my site from the OVH host to O2Switch.
I was in multi-site WP and went to single site.
When I launch my site in wp-admin, I receive the following error:

    “Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: Erreur lors de l’enregistrement de l’action : Erreur lors de l’enregistrement de l’action : Erreur de la base de données. in /home/vege3093/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/migration/ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator.php:44 Stack trace: #0 /home/vege3093/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/data-stores/ActionScheduler_HybridStore.php(242): ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator->save_action(Object(ActionScheduler_Action), NULL) #1 /home/vege3093/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/ActionScheduler_ActionFactory.php(177): ActionScheduler_HybridStore->save_action(Object(ActionScheduler_Action)) #2 /home/vege3093/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/ActionScheduler_ActionFactory.php(84): ActionScheduler_ActionFactory->store(Object(ActionScheduler_Action)) #3 /home/vege3093/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action in /home/vege3093/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/migration/ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator.php on line 44”

I deleted the woocommece directory from wp-content / plugin and copied the 4.1.0 plugin from your site.
    Always the same problem

    Hi there,

To correct this issue in the Action Scheduler, please do the following:

    – Make a full backup of the database
    – If possible put site in maintenance mode
    – Install and activate this plugin: https://gist.github.com/rrennick/165225412aca1a4fc04f05898cb97101
    – Load an admin screen in a separate tab
    – Deactivate the above plugin
    – Check that the log column in Tools Scheduled Actions is empty
    – If it is then the issue should be fixed, remove maintenance mode

if the site is in maintenance mode, connect via FTP, and delete the .maintenance file

    Is the frontend accessible?

    I’d suggest you:

    1. connect via FTP to server
    2. in wp-content, rename the plugins folder to plugins_OLD
    3. create a new empty plugins folder
    4. try to access the dashboard again
    5. if that works, move your extensions folder by folder from plugins_OLD to plugins except the one I mentioned in my initial response

OK, it’s correct now except the woocommerce plugin.
When I try to activate it, this error reappears

What error shows up? Is it the same one as highlighted above?

    SORRY, SORRY

    HELP, HELP

    1) I installed and activated this plugin to fix the problem.
    2) I have updated woocommerce to 4.1.0
    3) I leave wp-admin and reconnect
    4) As soon as I select Extensions in wp-admin, I get the login screen again and this FATAL error.
    5) If I deactivate WooCommerce, no more errors or connection problems.
Can you fix this for me?

    Additional information:
As long as I leave the correction plugin active, I no longer have this fatal error.
But with woocommerce active, my wp-admin session expires after a minute or as soon as I click on Extensions, Pages, … in the dashboard

    Hey

In that case I’d suggest you contact 02Switch, they should be able to regenerate the missing action scheduler table for you, as soon as they do it, the error message shouldn’t show anymore.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
