Fatal Error- Plugin not working

The plugin installed, but on the screen where the editor is supposed to be is this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_editor() in /home/content/03/8176103/html/wp-content/plugins/anything-popup/content-management.php on line 121Any help is greatly appreciated!
