Fatal Error! Please Help!

  • hello everyone! I am getting this error and i don’t know why or how to fix it! Please help!

    Fatal error: Call to a member function add_rewrite_tag() on a non-object in /home/landon15/public_html/joincurtisroyse.com/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 289

  • Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Thanks for the help, but nope that didn’t work. I didn’t make any changes to theme so i even erased it to see if that would work, and still nothing.. : (

    Try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Or re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
