Fatal Error – Please help

I had a problem with the “Read More” link not working and I thought it might be W3 interfering so I deactivated W3 to see and now I’m having more issues.

First I get a warning saying some files are now lost. It says to re-install W3 or delete a file in my directory.

I tried reinstalling but I get this:

My media is not taking pictures either right now and I’m not sure if this is why…
