Fatal error – overwriting clients e-mail while finalizing order

Hello,
I’m dealing with issue connected with WC plug in, that causes that during order processing (finalization) somehow client address in user details is overwrite to “”.
- Client receives e-mail notification, that his/her e-mail was change, that is super confusing,
- I need to manually update the e-mail address in user data, so that further communication and login be possible.
I have already checked with payment plug-in developer and apperently this is WC issue or other WC configuration.
Does anyone has an idea, how to appreach to that?
