• Hello,

    I’m dealing with issue connected with WC plug in, that causes that during order processing (finalization) somehow client address in user details is overwrite to “”.

    1. Client receives e-mail notification, that his/her e-mail was change, that is super confusing,
    2. I need to manually update the e-mail address in user data, so that further communication and login be possible.

    I have already checked with payment plug-in developer and apperently this is WC issue or other WC configuration.

    Does anyone has an idea, how to appreach to that?

    This issue could be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
