Fatal Error: Out of Memory

this looks like a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Try to change your theme to test and disable another plugins one by one.

Thanks for the reply, I don’t think this is a theme or plugin conflict as the plugin is working fine on our staging site (set up for testing).

I’ve also just seen the update 2.8.0 and ran that but unfortunately it’s still not working.

Hello,

if you mean it is working without memory error on another test host, then the reason on your production host.

The error means the script is trying to get 512MB of memory at once, which means wrong configurtion on hosting. The plugin can not manage such sort of things.

We’ve got the same php.ini settings for both sites and they sit on the same server, they do have separate databases.

Is there a memory limit you’d recommend? I gone from 128M to 256M to 512M to 1028M to try to get this working.
