This is not a plugin issue, it’s a sytem- / configuation issue (maybe too many plugins active at the same time?)

ini php.ini I am Already changed memory limit to 1024Mb, but stil same problem

Hummm… then I have no idea…

You could contact your provider. Maybe they can increase the physical memory of your server.
