Fatal error on wp-settings.php

Hello,

I haven’t change anything on my website since a long time, but I have now a fatal error, thus my website is not accessible anymore : https://beauty-chanel-esthetic.fr

Error message:

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/homepages/18/d516474276/htdocs/wp-includes/post-thumbnail-template.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php5.4′) in /homepages/18/d516474276/htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 130

Do you know where the problem can come from and how to fix it. I am not an informatic thus it is quite difficult to fix it.

When I delete the 130th line on the wp-settings.php file I don’t have this error anymore but my website is empty. I can only see the header and the carroussel of the homepage but nothing else and all the other page of the website are white.
