Fatal Error on /wp-admin/admin-post.php

Hi,

For some reason we are getting an email from WordPress about a fatal error that occurs on /wp-admin/admin-post.php. Can someone assist where can the issue be? The plugin is operating properly but we keep on getting the following message:
