Fatal Error on Update

    When I updated WP Optimize it broke my site. I received an email from Word Press with the following info:

    Howdy!

    Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache.

    First, visit your website (https://lydiasflexitariankitchen.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://lydiasflexitariankitchen.com/wp-admin/index.php) and check for any visible issues.
    (***did this, got an error page***)

    Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further. (***I did, and they rolled back the update so I can access my WP dashboard***)

    If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    (***LOG IN RECOVERY LINK wouldn’t let me in, either, until the plugin was rolled back***)

    Current theme: Foodie Pro (version 4.2.0)
    Current plugin: WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache (version 3.1.5)

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 26 of the file /home3/lydiasfl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-optimize/vendor/matthiasmullie/minify/src/Minify.php. Error message: Cannot declare class MatthiasMullie\Minify\Minify, because the name is already in use

    Hi,

    This conflict – with some other plugin installed on the site that includes minification features – has been fixed in version 3.1.6 – please update, and all should be well (and sorry for the trouble!).
