    I am using XAMPP control Pannel, Recently started using WordPress, I am facing this problem from the start, I have tried with multiple themes & even with WordPress default theme “twenty seventeen”, this problem still occurs.

    In case there is a conflict with one of your plugins, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    I have tried more than 10 different themes all of them is the same problem

    It worked, WordPress was not supporting the latest version of PHP 8.0.0, so I installed 1 version lower so it worked
