Just added the first item (a download) The Customer receipt email appears correct and the download link works.

However, on the “Thank you. Your order has been received.” screen, this error message appears…

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_billing_email() on boolean in /var/sites/u/unravellingthemind.co.uk/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-order-item-product.php on line 364

Can you shed any light on the problem?

  • Hi Chris,

(I can’t help here) Just checking though if you have possibly just updated to the latest version of WooCommerce?

What would be really helpful for the guys that can help is if you mention the version of WordPress and Woocommerce you are running.

Sorry. Yes, using latest versions of both – reinstalled Woo just in case.

    Hi @chrisbirchall,

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status in your site’s WP-Admin.

Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it in a .txt file and upload that to Dropbox, Google Drive, or something similar and paste the link to it here.

    Hey @chrisbirchall,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
