Fatal error on some themes

I used this plugin on a commercial theme without any trouble but I get this error on a custom coded theme:

Fatal error: Function name must be a string in …/wp-content/plugins/rocket-footer-js/vendor/level-2/dice/Dice.php on line 30

I get the same error with your another plugin: WP Rocket ASYNC CSS

Any tips how I could fix it?
