Fatal Error on running upgrade to v3

    Hi Trying to run the upgrade and I get the following error:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_Http in D:\Hosting\5880364\html\ssbpmblog\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 38

    ANyone got any ideas?

    Just to note that I get the same error when connecting to the blog or running install or admin logon etc etc
