Fatal error on product page

    Hi,

    after installing and activating your plugin I receive the following Fatal Error:

    “Call to a member function get_gallery_attachment_ids() on boolean in https://www.mysite.com\wp-content\plugins\smart-variations-images\lib\class-svi-frontend.php on line 264”

    I’ve already tried deactivating other plugins but nothing changed.
    Can you help me?

    Hi,

    Please check you are using latests versions of WP, and WooCommerce, also PHP 5.6 +.

    Thank you for the reply,

    I’m using the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, and the 5.6 version of Php.
    Still having the same error.

    Sorry for my late reply.

    Are you sure you are using latest versions? DOnt have nothing overwriting the php version and woocommerce? WooCommerce > System Status > Get system report, get that to me via contact on my site.

    I have to ask this because get_gallery_attachment_ids() is a WooCommerce function that has to exist.

    If you already tried to deactivate other plugins, try changing the theme, maybe your theme has something overwriting the function?
