Fatal error on Premium Styles tab

Hi!

I get an PHP error when trying to access the “premium styles” tab of your plugin settings.

An error of type E_ERROR occured in line 94 of /xxx/wp-content/plugins/better-click-to-tweet/bctt-admin.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function bcttps_settings_output() in /xxx/wp-content/plugins/better-click-to-tweet/bctt-admin.php:94
