Fatal Error on Plugin Activation

    Hi, hope someone can advise. Have created an Admin plugin. Installs and Activates 100% ok on my local dev. When I upload the .zip plugin to my live test site it will not Activate. Yes, I have the APF framework installed. What I get is:

    Fatal error: Unparenthesized a ? b : c ? d : e is not supported. Use either (a ? b : c) ? d : e or a ? b : (c ? d : e) in /home/edwardc/web/plugindev.hostwest.net/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hestia-plugin/library/admin-page-framework/factory/AdminPageFramework_Factory/utility/AdminPageFramework_Utility/AdminPageFramework_Utility_URL.php on line 15

    Any ideas please?
