Fatal error on order confirmation page

My host has increased my memory and that’s fixed it, but I’m a bit worried there’s a memory leak somewhere that’s causing the order confirmation process to use a huge amount of memory. Have you encountered any issues like this elsewhere, or is it just me?

Probably could be a problem with the images sizes. Please check if you are using images on ticket templates. Maybe when Event Ticket goes to generate the pdf, loads heavy images that takes much time and produce the error.

I don’t think it’s due to image size; the images on my ticket templates are:

Seems very strange that the message appears with a 32 bytes limit. Could you please send us the information of the configuration in your php.ini about the following information?

   ; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
   upload_max_filesize =

   ; Must be greater than or equal to upload_max_filesize
   post_max_size =
