    to be more precise, PHP 5.6.5 and MySQL 5.6.23.

    @teachlynx

    People have reported this error, but I haven’t been able to reproduce it.

    Where did you test it? local environment or web?
    Do you have the debug option enable on your wp-config.php file?
    Did you have a previous version installed?

    (@teachlynx)

    It is on a web site, not localhost.
    How do I enable the debug option and where goes the debug file, if any?
    No previous version installed.
    Send email only on reply to my comment plugin previously installed but desinstalled before installing yours.

    @teachlynx,

    You enable the debug option on your wp-config.php file, but I see that you face this error without have it enable.

    With your information I will try on a new and fresh install.

    Yes, the error is displayed on the admin dashboard.
    Installation of the plugin runs well, but network activation fails with this error.
    Just in case it can help, my WP network install is directory based, not domain based, and permalinks are set to topic name /%postname%/

    @teachlynx

    Thank you for your information, I just spotted and fixed the issue. I found it on a clean install.

    Regards.!!

    I have added the fix to the current version. Please delete the plugin and install it again, it should work now.

    @teachlynx,

    I guess you still see the plugin listed on the plugins page right?

    Click the delete link to get rid of the complete plugin and settings.

    (@teachlynx)

    do I need to clean manually some tables?

    Not all the information just this option:

    DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = 'subscribe_reloaded_deferred_admin_notices';
