    When I istalled the previous version of plugin gf-entries-in-excel.1.8.14 the problem resolved.

    Thank you for reporting this, @nataliiaprofile! We released a new version (1.9.2) that fixes the issue.

    We also happened to notice that you’re using an older version of Gravity Forms. Recognizing that upgrading is not always an option, we highly recommend, if possible, installing Gravity Forms 2.5.x.
