“Fatal error on line 33”

It’s a beautiful theme. However, version 1.3.8 shows a “fatal error” message at the bottom of every blog post—making this theme unusable. When I contacted support, they said “please share the WordPress Login detail so I can check the issue.” I should not have to give wordpress login information when it says the problem clearly in the footer of every page whether the person is logged in or just viewing.

I’ve reported problems with themes before, however, this is the first I’ve ever been asked to give login information. It’s possible that they really do need to log in as admin. However, I am not comfortable handing out that information. We will just switch themes.
