fatal error on line 31

    the moment I login, the page opens properly but when I click on dashboard or any other tab it throws up this error message,

    << Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class RW_Meta_Box in /home/gt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/take-notice/class-rw-meta-box.php on line 31 >>

    and does not allow to make any changes or even raise a ticket on the site, as unable to navigate.

    need to fix this urgently.

    please reply as soon as possible.

    Log in via FTP.

    Delete the folder take-notice in your wp-content/plugins directory.

    You will be able to get back in.
