Fatal error on latest update

  • Hello,

    Today i update your plugin on my site i got Fatal error : Unsupported operand types in class-beautiful-taxonomy-filters-admin.php on line 168

    So i opened above file and added a new line :
    $new_rules = !empty($new_rules ) ? $new_rules : array();

    After adding this line, now the plugin is working fine.

    Nice plugin but please take care before sending the updates ??

    Apologies, 2.4.0 had to be rushed due to issues in previous versions.
    It’s been fixed and will be pushed in next version ??

    I’m terribly sorry to hear that!
    You should be able to access the site files via FTP.
    If you do that and head to wp-config/plugins you can delete the beautiful-taxonomy-filters folder. Don’t worry you wont lose any settings or anything. It’ll just remove BTF so you can login again.

    Then you should be able to install BTF again and if it encounters a fatal error it will stop the activation and tell you what’s wrong. Please copy that (if that happens) here and I’ll see what I can do!
