Fatal error on issue update

    I get the following error on a fresh install of WordPress 4.4.2. I was wondering whether somebody had gone through the same error:

    Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /Users/molotov/Sites/zotpress/wp-content/plugins/issuem/issuem-taxonomy.php on line 127

    The function that is causing the issue is:
    issuem_issue_sortable_column_orderby( )
