Fatal error on install

    Fatal error: Class ‘Braintree_Configuration’ not found in *******/wp-content/plugins/woo-payment-gateway/admin/classes/Braintree_Manager.php on line 147

    I get this error when trying to activate this plugin. Tried to change permissions on that file but that didn’t help.

    Considering the lines below 147 say “‘_public_key’ ) ” Do I need to enter them there before activating?

    Also does this plugin work for people in the UK?

    This plugin works for anyone that has a Braintree account, it doesn’t matter what country you are in.

    Concerning the fatal error, are you running any other Braintree plugins at the time of activation? Also, are you activating the most recent version?

    The permission change wouldn’t matter for that file. If anything you need to change the permissions on the autoload.php file as that is what controls the loading process for the Braintree library.

    I did have paypal powered by braintree but uninstalled that and yes I have 2.3.9. Just tried to chanhge permissions on autoload but still the same error.

    Reach out to us at [email protected] and we can continue troubleshooting. This is an error that no other merchants have not reported so it appears to be something very specific to your setup.

    The plugin Beeketing For WooCommerce was the culprit in this case. We will look into the compatibility between plugins before the next release. The issue was resolved by having mrsupernatural removed and re-activate the plugins on his WordPress site.

    @kameleon1er,

    Email was not received. Please ensure you do not have any other Braintree plugins installed as this will cause class conflicts that lead to fatal errors during activation.
