Fatal error on first use

Hi curious,

one of the first things it does is try to create cache tables and build the cache for the list.
If it cannot create the tables that might cause a fatal error which would trigger the shutdown trap. Plugin tries to trap the shutdown and grab the error to pass the info on.

have a look in phpmyadmin and see if cache tables created.

If you have access to your system error log file, you could see if there is a message in that so you can see what is causing the problem.

What happens when you visit the settings pages ? in particular the cache control pages?
