Fatal Error on Admin Page

Try increasing the memory available to PHP.

I tried increasing the memory but couldn’t find where to do that so I started deleting all the plugins I installed yesterday which increased my disk space and now I have another Fatal error message and when I contacted the web host they want to charge me $139 to fix it. Do you know what this message is and how to fix it? My site is still visable but not via the admin section.

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /home/buysexql/public_html/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 566”

You still do not have enough PHP memory.

Is there a place I can go to obtain more memory? I’ve deleted and compressed everything and still do not have enough memory. Once I am able to do that then I can delete more via Word Press but Ikve done all I can in Cpanel.

I’m not sure you understand. You need to try using the solutions in the link I gave above. Or – as step 4 suggests – contact your hosts.

I guess working and not sleeping resulted in my getting confused with what I was doing. Is there a way to find out what my original wordpress link was? I somehow went to update my profile and when I logged back in everything was gone as far as the template goes. When I looked at the domain name is doesn’t seem the same. I’ve tried googling it but I’m finding nothing. I also believe I was working with wordpress.com and www.remarpro.com not realizing they were completely different. I’m pretty sure it is listed straight without any wordpress words but I’m honestly not sure where the real site is anymore. My store is called Buy Sexy Lingerie Store and located at https://www.buysexylingeriestore.com but due to the glitch it’s all jacked up. When I sign in to the admin page I click https://www.buysexylingeriestore.com/wp-admin if that is any help but when I do it now I don’t go to my dashboard anymore. I also have a folder that is https://www.buysexql_wprstore.com and another one at https://www.buysexylingeriestore.com/wp-php.

You were very helpful the first time I messed things up so I appologize for asking again but I’m crushed as I finally had everything almost the way I wanted before I messed up again. The good news is I’m quickly becoming an expert!
