Fatal error on adding payment method when plugin active

Hi,
Recently i’ve encountered a critical error with the “add payment method” feature in a customer’s account. It triggers a wordpress critical error each time someone tries to add a payment method from the account dashboard. This error is only triggerd when the Conditional Payments for WooCommerce plugin is active (i tested on a staging site, and with all other plugins deactivated except woocommerce and woocommerce stripe gateway, the error occured only when Conditional Payments for WooCommerce plugin was activated, so i guess that there is some compatibility issue happening there.

Do you know more aboute this issue ?
