Hmm, that’s not good. We can try replicating this and working out a fix for you. If you have a minute, please share some additional information…

Are you running the latest released version of WP-Stateless?

    Where are you hosted?

What version of PHP are you running?

and what other plugins do you have activated?

    Hello,

    Thanks. Following are the details:

    1. Server Information: https://i.imgur.com/JwbLKx0.png
    2. The plugin has just been installed on my website. So the latest version.
    3. PHP Version: https://i.imgur.com/JwbLKx0.png
    4. All other plugins list: https://i.imgur.com/MOvYyKN.png

    Hi harishkotra,

I had the same issue on Saturday also with one of my sites.

I believe it will be due to the version of PHP that you are running. I can see in the screenshot you are running v5.4.45 which was the same as my version.

In my cPanel I updated that so that I am running 7.1 and the plugin runs ok now

Hope this will also help your install.

    Cheers, Anthony.

    Anthony,

Thanks for the response. However, I won’t be able to update the PHP version as I am on a shared hosting.

Looking forward to see if there will be a fix for this for previous versions. If the plugin uses functionality not available in older versions, then I might have to switch.

Awaiting the plugin authors’ response here.

Thanks for the additional information. The issue has been raised on GitHub at https://github.com/wpCloud/wp-stateless/issues/228

A fix will be released with v2.1.5 which is undergoing final testing now. Thanks for your feedback.

@harishkotra WP Stateless require atleast PHP 5.5 to run.
Sorry to inform you that we won’t be able to support PHP 5.4 as some of dependency require PHP 5.5.
