This plugin is usually installed as a recommended plugin with the Uncode theme, however version 1.8.4 is causing a fatal error.

This appears to be because the theme is using the “TO_apply_order_filter” filter which can no longer be found.

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function "TO_apply_order_filter" not found or invalid function name

Other custom code might be using this filter as well.

Would it be possible to reinstate that filter to prevent fatal errors when the plugin is updated?

  • You beat me to it. It also failed the WordPress automatic update for some reason, which I was alerted to with a WordPress automated email, something I’ve never seen before. After manually updating, the critical error issue occurs.

    Hi,
Sorry for the issue, we are working with the Uncode theme developers on a fix.
Meanwhile, please check the article at https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214092169-Patches-and-Fixes for a temporary fix.

    Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply. I’d recommend reinstating the filter or if it’s no longer applicable adding a deprecated code message if the filter is added.

Exactly the same issue for me. Reinstalling v1.8.2 of the plugin solves the problem under Uncode v2.9.0.4.

    Hi,
We’ve implemented a temporary solution in version 1.8.5 to address the PHP Fatal error until the Uncode theme developers release their official update.

    Thanks
