Fatal Error – Now Im Locked Out… HELP!

  • I was installing a new theme and I got this error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_template_part() in /home/ezazenas/public_html/wp-content/themes/raindrops/functions.php on line 454

    Now I can not even log into this website:

    https://www.buildandrepairmyboat.com/wp-admin

    I do not have access to the cpanel where it was created as I no longer use the services of Niche Profit Classroom, and it askes for their password!

    Can any one help me?

  • As you’re locked out and cannot access your WordPress dashboard, you need to access your site from outside somehow. This could be either cPanel or FTP, so if you don’t have this kind of access, you have to take care of this first.

    Once you can use cPanel or FTP, go to public_html/wp-content/themes and rename your theme folder from “raindrops” to anything else. This will cause WordPress to fall back to its default theme and you should be able to access the dashboard again.
