Fatal Error Now Appearing with Plugin Update

    I updated my plugins and now I’m receiving this message:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_youtube_id() (previously declared in /home/content/66/8524166/html/en/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/functions.compat.php:22) in /home/content/66/8524166/html/en/wp-content/themes/webzine/functions.php on line 546

    Any advice on how to fix this problem is much appreciated! I can’t even access my admin panel.

  • Looks like JetPack and your theme don’t play nice. You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to delete JetPack from your site files on the server here:

    wp-content
    plugins
       jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

    If you don’t know how to use FTP or Cpanel, ask your hosting company for help with that.
